Summing it up

The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring the property's facilities are well-maintained and functional. Responsible for performing basic repairs to equipment and building systems, the technician also ensures that all areas are kept clean and operational. Reliability and attention to detail are essential in this role, which involves frequent guest interaction.


What you'll be doing

  • Conduct a comprehensive daily inspection of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
  • Conduct maintenance in all guest areas including but not limited to repairing furniture, unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, replacing broken items, painting, caulking of tubs and showers, and repairing or replacing of bathroom fixtures, landscaping and snow removal.
  • Recognize and analyze potential problem areas and or deficiencies.
  • Complete a time activity document detailing where and how much time and supplies were utilized on each project.
  • Inspect alarm and safety systems and recommend repairs as needed

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work, bend, crouch, climb stairs and be in motion/standing for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
