To continue our vision for growth, we’re seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to join our Corporate team in St. John’s, NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company’s portfolio of businesses;
  • Lead scenario-modeling efforts for the development and growth of the business portfolio;
  • Participate as a key thought leader of the finance team, influencing decision making, and identifying finance priorities;
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators related to cash flow management;
  • Develop and analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes;
  • Prepare presentations in support of management team meetings, senior leadership meetings as well as third party stakeholder meetings, as required;
  • Support the strategic business planning process;
  • Partner with accounting, treasury, tax as appropriate;
  • Analyze and monitor corporate financial governance including developing and reviewing financial controls and their effectiveness;
  • Take ownership of other special projects as required;
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Strong technical accounting knowledge is required;
  • 3-5 years in a similar accounting role is preferred;
  • CPA designation would be considered a strong asset;
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly evolving work environment;
  • Must be eager and motived to contribute to the combined success of the Company.
