prior supervisory experience. Knowledge
of the CRO industry, basic understanding of clinical operations, and the
ability to follow-up on all issues in a timely fashion. Knowledge of medical terminology is
preferred. Intermediate to advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and
voicemail. Superior analytical, negotiation
and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple
departmental assignments. Above-average
attention to detail, sound judgment, critical thinking, time management, decision
making and problem solving skills. Excellent oral/written communication skills along
with highly-developed interpersonal and strong team orientated skills.
