The Greenhouse Director of Strategy and Marketplace leads the co-creation of the National Greenhouse strategy and annual plans. Working closely with the Managing Greenhouse Partner, Greenhouse Leadership team and Greenhouse Council, this role helps to set the strategic direction for client experience, marketplace priorities, go-to-market strategies and offerings, including high-profile eminence programs. You are responsible to map out the approach required to execute the national Greenhouse strategy. As a member of the Greenhouse leadership team, you will work with cross-functional teams and key leaders across Deloitte’s services and integrated offerings.
Provide business strategy leadership and advance the impact of the program
Foster high performing team member experience that enables our people and our priorities
Champion the evolution and adoption of the processes, communications, and decision-making forums that power our Greenhouse program
