The Greenhouse Director of Strategy and Marketplace leads the co-creation of the National Greenhouse strategy and annual plans. Working closely with the Managing Greenhouse Partner, Greenhouse Leadership team and Greenhouse Council, this role helps to set the strategic direction for client experience, marketplace priorities, go-to-market strategies and offerings, including high-profile eminence programs. You are responsible to map out the approach required to execute the national Greenhouse strategy. As a member of the Greenhouse leadership team, you will work with cross-functional teams and key leaders across Deloitte’s services and integrated offerings.

Provide business strategy leadership and advance the impact of the program

  • Evolve the Greenhouse program vision, mission and business strategy
  • Lead and coordinate strategic efforts including operating model evolution, signature experience program and innovation initiatives
  • Represent the Greenhouse team on key cross-functional forums, acting as a liaison to the rest of the organization and ensuring visibility and interlock between the Greenhouse program and other key stakeholders
  • Lead the positioning of and collaborate across key Deloitte services areas to ensure the successful execution of Deloitte’s Disruption by Design program

Foster high performing team member experience that enables our people and our priorities

  • Lead and guide a team of 6 geographically dispersed market lead facilitators who design labs, special events and go-to-market plans in their markets for Deloitte clients
  • Support the evolution of the Signature Experience program to meet the needs of the team to continue to deliver brand elevating experiences

Champion the evolution and adoption of the processes, communications, and decision-making forums that power our Greenhouse program

  • Drive our reporting and communications strategy and best practices to inform the sharing of information internally and externally through the most appropriate communication channels
  • Work within the Global network to apply the leading practices to experiences being delivered
  • Define, execute and evlve the marketing, client experience, client feedback strategy

Qualities and Mindset

  • You have 13+ years’ experience in management and leadership ,
  • You are a proven leader with demonstrated experience in creative strategy development and deployment
  • You are strategic, you understand the big picture, can influence a large team to operate as one
  • You are curious and have a passion for making a business impact. You have a pulse on what is happening in the business and use insights and research to guide and inspire
  • You have passion for creating unique client experiences and impacting client delivery
  • You have a bias for challenging the status quo and open to new ways of working
  • You know how to make connections and earn the trust of clients, colleagues, and teams
  • You are a collaborator and understand its value in driving team success
  • You are crazy organized. There’s a lot of moving parts and calendars to coordinate – you are able to manage multiple roles, and orchestrate
  • You have a track record of building consensus and influencing relationships amongst managers, colleagues, senior leaders
  • Superior executive communication skills, collaborative
