This role has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, monitoring, controlling and delivery of Greenhouse programs.

Reporting to: Managing Partner, Greenhouse

No Direct Reports; Supports Managing Partner Greenhouse, Director of Strategy & Marketplace Senior Manager of Operations and Senior Manager Technology;

Essentially, the Greenhouse project manager is accountable for the successful delivery of Greenhouse programs. This person will be working with the Greenhouse leadership to execute the top annual priorty initatives.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings, maintaining deadlines, reporting, planning, and the delivery select Greenhouse initiatives.
  • Project manage key strategic Greenhouse initiatives
  • Maintain deadlines and organize inputs, support the planning of key Greenhouse team meetings and events (for example Greenhouse strategy days)
  • Track and monitor project performance in relation to strategic priorities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operationalize initatives efficiently
  • Create and track development project schedules and critical paths to mitigate risk
  • Manage the national Greenhouse communication schedule
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Greenhouse colleagues at all levels
  • Provides daily administrative support to the Managing Greenhouse Partner and 3 National Core Greenhouse LeadershipTeam (as required). Examples of administrative support duties, recording minutes, helping to prepare and update reports)

Qualities & Mindset:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business or a related field, as well as professional certification and related experience is considered an asset
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a clientfacing or customer service environment, within the professional services, event management or related environments
  • Demonstrated strategic program management skills with high attention to detail and task orientation
  • Complete comfort in front of a client as a member of the Greenhouse team
  • Able to work within a crossfunctional team in a creative environment that is ambiguous
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, professional business acumen and deportment
  • Ability to manage and appropriately escalate risks
  • Proactive, selfstarter, capable of working independently and operating effectively within an ambiguous environment
  • Bilingual French, Spanish, an asset
