Bring your skills to a big name in arts in this permanent full-time position at our Montreal head office.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, this person will be responsible for managing newsletters and supporting the development of digital marketing solutions.


As a Newsletter and CRM Specialist you will :

  • Organize the email marketing strategy in line with campaigns, promotions, events and customer behavior.;
  • Participate in the creation of newsletter campaigns, from the creation stage to the final report;
  • Manage changes to graphic elements and email content with the help of the design studio;
  • Assist in the design and customization of content for email communications;
  • Ensure the establishment and adequate follow-up of all campaigns and offers in order to facilitate the production of reports and the evaluation of the effectiveness of email communications;
  • Develop and implement A / B testing for content, subject lines and other options to improve campaign results and relevance;
  • Ensure the optimization and segmentation of our CRM database to personalize our communications;
  • Coordinate the creation of relevant landing pages with the E-Commerce Coordinator;
  • Support the E-Commerce Director in the development of digital marketing solutions;
  • Carry out market intelligence and various analyzes in order to make recommendations on the best practices to adopt;
  • Analyze automated newsletter and email campaigns;
  • Analyze  customer behavior customers and participate in the evolution of the CRM strategy.
  • All other related tasks


Requirements and skills required for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in email or CRM marketing;
  • Mastery of the office suite (advanced Excel);
  • Strong interest in E-Commerce;
  • Knowledge of HTML and SQL an asset;
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Marketing Cloud an asset;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (French and English);
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks / projects.
