Office Clerk - St. John’s
Cox & Palmer is a
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a
•Responsible for general office maintenance including stocking and tidying supply rooms, kitchens, coffee stations, boardrooms, and reception areas;
•Acts as receptionist backup covering all breaks and evening duties from
•Performs all daily mailroom duties including retrieving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail. Prepares all outgoing mail and delivering mail/documents internally between 10th and 11th floors on a timely basis;
•Performs daily court run and delivery of hand delivered mail in the downtown area;
•Assists professional and administrative staff with photocopying, binding, etc.;
•Prepares and tracks courier packages and registered mail;
•Assists accounting with daily bank deposits and other banking;
•Other related duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
•Successful completion of a High School diploma. Completion of
•One to two years of reception experience in a professional work environment;
•Professional and articulate with exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to adjust one’s style to varying work requirements and situations;
•Exceptional customer service skills and excellent attention to detail;
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member, and the ability to
•Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
