Manage infrastructure environments to ensure the availability, reliability, security and integrity of systems;
Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures relating to infrastructure management;
Set up infrastructure implementation or upgrade projects in collaboration with clients and internal administrators to identify the changes that will be required to the components of the related infrastructure and ensure that they are carried out according to high quality standards;
Participate in the development of standard configurations and the development of specific solutions based on customer needs;
Ensure the proper functioning and security of the infrastructure at all times;
Provide and identify the metrics required to produce dashboards that proactively identify maintenance to be made to the environment;
Develop and document the procedures for the infrastructure components under its responsibility;
Document the installation and technical specifications of the infrastructure including security and succession plans.
7 to 10 years of IT experience, including 3 years of systems administration in a Windows environment with Active Directory, MS Azure, AzureAD, Office365 (Exchange online, Team, Sharepoint, etc.);
Experience and good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products such as Windows Server, Exchange (2010, 2016, online), SCCM, SCOM, etc .;
Advanced knowledge of Windows XP / 7/8/10 and Server 2003, 2008, 2011, 2012, 2016;
Very good knowledge of networking (OSI model);
Knowledge of VmWare, Hyper-V and Clustering virtualization is an asset;
Very strong learning ability;
Team spirit, autonomy, motivation, interpersonal skills and good presentation.
