At BrokerLink, we’re re-defining the insurance experience by incorporating innovative ways to make insurance easier, efficient and, believe it or not - fun!

No insurance experience is necessary for this role. We provide and pay for all training to become a licensed insurance broker in the province of Alberta. Once you’re done training, you’ll be on your way to helping people protect what’s most important to them.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and offering advice that helps them make informed decisions
  • Creating a trusting environment that fosters sales and customer retention
  • Testing new sales strategies, techniques and processes while providing feedback
  • Actively engaging in training and professional development

What you bring to the table:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Alberta general Level I or II license would be an asset
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
