BFL CANADA is looking for a Private Client Services Advisor for our Winnipeg team!

The primary purpose of this position is to provide customers with the highest possible level of service. This includes responsibility for all communication in the areas of selling, servicing and maintaining of customer files and documents.

YOUR DAY AS A PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES ADVISOR

  • As the primary Autopac broker for the office, you will be responsible for servicing Autopac clients; completing funds balancing and daily notification tasks, managing and ordering inventory, and more;
  • Servicing commercial fleet clients, including but not limited to: renewals, change requests, invoicing, issuance of certificates, and more;
  • Selling Blue Cross Products and issuing Travel Health certificates;
  • Completing the daily in office Courier and Mail
  • Provides exceptional client service by regularly contacting existing clients to ensure quality service is being delivered and needs are met and exceeded;
  • Prepares and presents proposals of appropriate products and services to new and existing clients;
  • Participates in industry functions and targeted public relations activities;
  • Maintains extensive market relationships;
  • Provide support to the Private Client Services team with processing and other duties as required
  • Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 1 year industry related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently, as part of a team and with others throughout the organization
  • Experience with home insurance and company portals is considered an asset
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Customer focused and service oriented.
  • High attention to detail and precision
  • Able and willing to work under pressure when needed
  • Working knowledge of Epic preferred, but not required
