We are seeking a strong Product Manager to join our CTV Product team in order to deliver best solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, the successful candidate will help support executing the strategy, define features, build roadmaps and keep stakeholders informed on progress and performance under the Entertainment portfolio on web, connected TV, apps and emerging platforms. The product manager will work closely with the product, design, programming and other stakeholder teams to create an exceptional customer experience across platforms that supports Bell Media’s digital business and brand goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and represent the customer.
  • Expert on the competition and the market.
  • Gather and analyze data and present it in a meaningful way that is actionable.
  • Measure performance against the business goals and objectives and own the ROI.
  • Responsible to crowdsource, evaluate and determine which ideas should be promoted into features that will deliver value to customers and push the strategy forward.
  • Gather, validate and prioritize high level requirements and communicate this to the Product Owner team.
  • Help define the product vision and the roadmap.
  • Work closely with the PO, Programming and Design team to deliver winning products.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, ad operations, and other teams to support and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Ensure the product efforts supports and delivers the company’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on progress and performance and aligning them around the vision for the product.

Qualifications and Capabilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or digital environment.
  • Experience with agile methodology and product management.
  • Demonstrate success defining and launching successful products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Thorough understanding of industry trends, regulations, market trends and competition.
  • Strong organizational, research and analytical skills.
  • Comfort with technological solutions and terminology.
  • Knowledge of the Atlassian suite of tools.
  • Solid experience with Adobe Analytics, Comscore, Looker and other analytics tools.
  • Media experience is a plus.
  • Solid leadership and communication skills.

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
