Product Marketing Manager, Customer Experience

We’re seeking a motivated and talented Product Marketing Manager, Customer Experience to define and deliver an engaging and amazing Reseller experience across our digital properties. The candidate will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing and Sales globally to define and improve workflows and processes while guiding the launch availability for local markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Product Management to engage directly with customers to gather insights to prioritize requirements for future enhancements
  • Work with our UX team to define and design the ultimate digital experience for Resellers across our digital properties to drive maximum adoption
  • Support and provide input into the roadmap for new capabilities including customer impact and development timeline globally
  • Develop the localization and operational plan to roll out in local markets
  • Work with outbound Product Marketing to develop internal and external communications to ensure maximum awareness
  • Support the creation of thought leadership content to drive awareness, interest and adoption with outbound Product Marketing and Marketing
  • Effectively collaborate, build relationships and influence team members to achieve customer KPIs
  • Report KPIs and resolution plan to improve customer KPIs to our leadership team


  • 4+ years of Program Management, Product Management and/or Project Management experience
  • Experience working through a complete product cycle
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and change
  • Excellent design and problem-solving skills
  • A successful launch of all marketplaces by 2019
  • Delivery of operational plan
  • Tracking and measuring customer KPIs
