Product Marketing Manager – Radeon Pro Software - 82343

The Role:

The AMD Pro software team is on the lookout for a dynamic, energetic software marketing manager to join our growing team. As a key contributor to the success of AMD’s IP, this person will be part of a leading team to drive and enhance AMD’s abilities to deliver the highest quality, industry leading technologies to market.

Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop our marketing strategies, and drive brand awareness for our Radeon Pro Software features and capabilities for developers and creators alike! In addition, you will work and collaborate across functional teams while developing marketing programs in support of component and OEM solutions supporting AMD Ryzen/Radeon workstation class products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end to end marketing strategies associated with Radeon Pro Software solution(s)
• Oversee the creation of quarterly marketing campaign/activity Calendar and the coordination of its associated activities
• Create and maintain presentations, content and collaterals for active marketing programs
• Collaborating with the Hardware marketing and engineering teams to develop, lead and execute marketing plans supporting marketing priorities
• Run the development of toolkits per campaign to educate both sales, marketing and cross-functional partners
• Lead and facilitate meetings with key partner groups including Product, Brand Marketing, sales, external partners, ISV teams to capture requirements, gain internal alignment and support required AMD strategies
• Continue to find and develop opportunities that center our professional/creator market and drive commercial success for the product.
• As part of strategy, you will be responsible to develop MROI framework that showcases return on investment on marketing efforts and keeps us accountable to critical metrics.
• Have a deep understanding of professional markets, software and solutions problems of various user and industry segments and optimally position and communicate how and why the AMD Radeon Software product features and functionality address and overcome those market problems for our customers.

Qualifications:

• Progressive product/software marketing expertise, preferably for a global organization.
• Extensive experience and working knowledge with professional and creative applications such as Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, etc.
• University degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience, marketing/product marketing/strategy
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and partnering with decision-makers and management across multiple commercial functions
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
• Responsible, able to work autonomously and provide reports on an ongoing basis

Assets:

• Digitally savvy - social and web page + video and audio production content skill set.
• Must have worked on client facing and content-based marketing programs, ideally with a global scope
• Sophisticated understanding of key developer, creator software solutions and use cases
• Superior oral and written communications skills, and presentation skills
• Very strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills, experience working with MS Teams and other collaboration applications
