This position is a full-time position with generous overtime during our busy periods.

The Key Responsibilities for this energetic and committed individual will be to perform a variety of tasks in a production environment including assembly, sorting and packaging. Forklift experience is definitely considered an asset.

We are actively seeking next level players to join our team and are currently hiring for a Production Manager for our manufacturing facility. No degree, certificate or diploma required. For the right individual we will train.

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

The Position:Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager will be responsible for specific departments within our manufacturing facility.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in house & regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
  • Responsible for manufacturing processes in the plant
  • Responsible for meeting production goals and deadlines
  • Inspect products being produced regularly to prevent rework and quality issues
  • Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives
  • Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
  • Ensure proper utilization of employees, materials and equipment resources


  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • English - Level 6
  • Able to communicate and provide instructions to the production workers
  • Knowledge of safety processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift consistently minimum 40 lbs
  • Rotational shifts is a must. This is a 24 hour facility.

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots required (CSA approved). All other necessary PPE supplied by us.

Work Site: Manufacturing environment
