The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling and preparing all projects for dispatch. This position will work with and report directly to the Project Management Team.


Daily duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Entering orders and estimates

- Track freight shipments and revise schedules to accommodate any delays

- Follow up on site readiness and schedule dates with site contacts

- Secure road and street closure permits

- Prepare dispatch packages

- Maintain updated notes and dates for all active projects in shared calendar and QuickBooks reports

- Coordinate changes in schedule with dispatcher

- Report with VP Operations, Dispatch, Crew members & other Senior Project Managers as required or requested

- Participate in weekly schedule meeting


This is a fast paced position with a high turnover of projects to be handled. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of the following: Windows operating platforms, MS Outlook, shared calendar, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, Smartsheets

- Professional phone manner with an ability to articulate details clearly

- The confidence and desire to ask questions and seek answers

- Advanced multi-tasking abilities/skills

- Excellent organizational skills

- Work remotely from home office

- Basic knowledge of construction and electrical systems or prior sign industry experience

**Must have Min 3 - 5 Years Experience in the Sign Industry**


Compensation - $50,000 - $65,000/annual salary depending on experience
