Lead and organize the Quality Management system for the Customer Service Group
Support location management team as required
Develop and lead cross-functional teams that provide representation from required departments when evaluating processes (BPMS changes, ERPLN changes and NCR’s)
Set, analyze, and update team performance metrics including: Quality, Delivery, Cost and performance with internal and external customers
Ensure that the data generated from the Quality Management System provides sufficient information for an effective root cause and corrective action process ( “Quality of Quality data”)
Conduct and lead audits as required
Support CSG meetings and maintain Goal Deployment deck & other metrics as required
Supervise and maintain training programs for all Customer Service Group QA employees
Ensure conformance to AS9100/AS9110 established policies/procedures and support the BPMS by assisting in the development of quality system documentation and processes
Develop and successfully execute procedural changes that improve efficiencies and streamline current processes in accordance with L-3Harris best practices and corporate policies
Provide guidance and lead on the next level of quality
Maintain customer owned property policy and enforce DCMA contract requirements
Bachelor’s degree or applicable discipline required
Three to five years of experience in Lead role of Quality System Management & Development
ASQ Certified or equivalent
Extensive Quality Auditing experience
In-depth knowledge of ISO, AS9100, AS9110
Supervisor training and experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to lead on-site Wescam Authorized Service Center/supplier assessment/certification audits
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
