GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all components of ISO9001:2015, TS16949 and Customer Specific Requirements are implemented and in compliance.
• Manage the TS Systems.
• Maintain, Review, Manage Autosystems Document Control System. (QSI)
• Plan, track and schedule progress, reviews and audits within Autosystems. (i.e Quality and Environmental)
• Train and maintain the Internal Audit process for TS, EMS and CQI's. (i.e. Yearly Schedule, Internal Auditor training etc.)
• Track and communication of customer bulletins and changes to Customer Requirements.
• Arrange External Audits and Coordinate Schedule.
• Arrange Training for appropriate individuals when required by Customer Requirements.
• Monitor and Maintain Compliancy to customer site information. (i.e. Contacts, Certification Status etc.)
• Complete Manufacturing Audits as per Customer Requirements.
• Monitor, track and communicate status of all Corrective Action Requests, Overdue Calibrations to ensure timely closure. (PARS, LPA, Internal Audits)
• Prepare and update KPI's for the Quality Department - monitor
• Schedule, monitor and track progress of LPA's following the CQI-8 requirements
• Documentation review and approval that have exceeded escalation period
• Prepare reports as necessary to communicate effectiveness of internal systems.
• Support Operations with training & changes as necessary. (i.e. SOS/JES, forms etc.)
• Maintain and track timely closure off all External Audit CARs issued.
• Monitor and Track suppliers’ certification status.
• Participate in implementation and effectiveness of customer related corrective actions.
• Develop and aid in the implementation of Electronic Systems (i.e. Training, Course Offerings, Calibration, Supplier Management, Quality Awareness, NCM etc.)
• Support to ensure that any Environmental deficiencies which are identified by internal / external audits are completed within appropriate timeliness.
• Support and review various process for simplification and standardization.
• Support and Represent Company during various customer reviews. (Magna Audits, Manufacturing Site Assessments, Q1 Certifications, BIQS reviews, China Certifications etc.)All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12 Diploma required,
• Diploma/Degree in a related field of study would be an asset,
• Documentation experience to TS Requirements and Customer Specific Requirements an asset
• Current Lead Internal Auditor Certification (ISO9001/TS16949) an asset

• Ability to exhibit confidentiality, discretion and integrity in all aspects of the position.
• Able to manage flexible work schedule requirements, prioritize work and meet required deadlines.
• Self-motivated, ability to initiate and follow tasks through to completion
• Possess or develop familiarity with provincial and federal legislation to ensure compliancy as required.
• Possess or develop familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Act & Regulations.
• Demonstrated understanding of various ISO Standards (TS, ISO9001, ISO14001 etc.)

Physical Demands

• Normal amount of sitting and standing;
• Ability to move around an office environment and on the production floor;
• Ability to work at a computer workstation;
• Ability to bend, twist, lift, reach;
• Ability to lift max. 50lbs periodically.

This position will require a certain amount of training both in-house and off-site. The person who accepts the position will be expected to follow a learning curve with continuous development.
