Founded in 1978, All Weather Windows operates Customer Solution Centres across Western Canada with manufacturing plants headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. We are currently recruiting for a Quotation Specialist to support our sales team Canada wide based in Edmonton.

The Quotation Specialist is responsible for providing a single point of contact for the sales team on estimation and order development for customers within the territory/region. Exceptional customer service is provided to our internal customers. Accurate completion of the quotation, as received from the Outside Sales team.

The Ideal Candidate will bring a proven track record of customer service and solid computer skills within Microsoft Office. They will bring superior organizational, highly detailed, communication and interpersonal skills, be customer focused and have the ability to multitask in a fast pace office environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provides estimating support for sales representatives, including costing, completing price and discounts or bid takeoffs from plans, quote lists of material to assist the Account Manager and/or Business Development Manager.
  • Verifies customer information is correct and up-to-date.
  • Finalizes any contract documentation as required by the sales Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
  • Work closely with Account Manager and/or Business Development Manager, ensuring seamless and proactive communication. Monitor the progress of all customer jobs to identify any risks to customer expectations and work with the Account Manager/BD Manager as needed on any related risk mitigations.

Qualifications include:

  • A high school diploma or GED are required.
  • Additional training in a certificate or diploma in a related field such as but not limited to sales, estimation, customer service, or bookkeeping would be an asset to the position.
  • Experience with construction blue prints would be beneficial.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an order entry, sales customer service support, estimation, or accounting support role is required. Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy of information while engaged in both repetitive and non-repetitive work is required.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and develop effective working relationships with Outside Sales team and internal customers, maintaining the high standards of the All Weather Windows brand and reputation are required.
