We are currently looking for a Reception Clerk for its factory located at its head office in Mascouche.

Under the supervision of the team leader and the factory manager, the employee is called upon to work in one of the various workstations in the loading and receiving / shipping department.

The employee is ultimately responsible for the quality of his work, so as to produce high quality products, within standard deadlines and according to the standards and procedures in place.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the materials received to perform the work meet quality standards;
  • Prepare the wall pieces by ensuring that the work performed on the pieces meets the quality standards;
  • Ensure the handling of all types of products and materials;
  • Ensures the storage of products in the warehouse, so that they can be easily located;
  • Participate in the inventory and its regular control;
  • Save the information necessary for warehouse management on the computer;
  • Maintain your workstation and general areas of the business (eg cleaning, emptying garbage cans);
  • Help the different departments during busier times or as needed;
  • Perform other related duties.

Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma or one year of experience in a field related to material handling.
  • Hold a valid class 5 driver's license and competency cards for driving forklifts.
  • Have a great sense of responsibility and an impeccable safe work ethic.
  • Understand the role of each individual in an assembly line.
  • Be thorough and have an eye for detail and the importance of finish and quality.
  • Be versatile, have an open mind and a good attitude.
  • Have a good physical shape.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for working in a team.
  • Knowledge and experience in driving heavy vehicles an asset.
