As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Technical Sourcer who loves the challenge of finding hidden talent through unconventional means. As a subject matter expert, you will partner with our recruiters to build sourcing strategies that target technical and non-technical roles.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand the technical requirements of the role and how it fits within the organization
  • Design and execute on strategies for engaging active and passive candidates
  • Use innovative methods to dig for diverse, hard-to-find candidates: tactical research, referral generation, white papers, events, sourcing campaigns, career sites
  • Engage both technical and non-technical passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
  • Take full ownership in proactively building our diverse talent pool across various channels (LinkedIn, networking events, tech associations and groups, etc.).
  • Manage pipeline through ATS and provide transparency to internal stakeholders

What we require:

  • You have at least 3 years of broad technical and non-technical sourcing or recruiting for .Net, software engineers, finance, sales, manufacturing, etc, at all levels of experience
  • Intellectual curiosity around technology, business, and industry
  • Prior experience defining and executing on sourcing strategies to engage and activate passive talent through multiple channels
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
  • Self-starter with exceptional communication, organization and time management skills.
  • You have a proven ability to establish relationships with people at all levels of the organization, manage expectations, and thrive on fostering those relationships over time
  • You have an exceptionable ability to build rapport, and speak to the candidate's motivation, career goals, and interests
