  • Coordinate and execute all BJC retail inventory operations in Jasper geography
  • Drive efficiency and execution of the inventory duties
  • Plan and organize product receiving, distribution, and storage for BJC Jasper retail operations
  • Coordinate resources with location managers to ensure all inventory duties are covered
  • Communicate with location managers, Inventory Manager and Director of Retail on a regular basis
  • Execute responsibilities with the highest standard of accuracy
  • Provide feedback and communicate observations to Retail leadership
  • Participate in operations Health and Safety improvements
  • Support and enhance all business relationships while adhering to the company’s core values
  • Count stock
  • Execute purchase orders for retail locations
  • Receive orders for retail locations
  • Coordinate and execute product distribution.
  • Process inventory transactions in Retail Pro
  • Coordinate and assist in execution of inventory storage plans
  • Coordinate restocking of retail sales locations
  • Physical labour as required for successful completion of tasks
  • Follow all SOP’s, and adhere to timeline expectations
  • Monitor security and accuracy to reduce inventory shrinkage
  • Drive and load the cube van
  • Heavy lifting may be required from time to time

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Previous inventory management experience (2 years minimum)
  • Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract record issued by the Province of Alberta
  • Ability to lead, plan, organize, and execute expected deliverables
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to get products to the destination safely following all safe regulations
  • Achieve high standards of accuracy
