Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong marketing background.

Duties:

- Formulate sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets and objectives

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and traditional advertising

- Generate leads to expand the customer base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also cultivating new relationships

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of products or services and addressing any objections

- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.

-Track sales metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make adjustments as needed

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, customer service, and finance to ensure alignment and coherence in company goals and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven 5+ years experience in retail sales/marketing
  • Master's degree in business/marketing
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for clients
  • Knowledgeable about market and industry trends
  • Proficient in data analysis for sales forecasting
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM software for client relationship management
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions
  • Creative problem-solving skills for sales challenges
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
  • Comfortable with budget management and ROI analysis
  • Awareness of legal and ethical considerations in marketing and sales
