This is a contract position with Corporate responsibility. The contract is for six months with the possibility of extension or becoming a full-time permanent position.

Key Position Functions:

  • Guide the Sales and Aftermarket teams to ensure SAP system processes are aligned with business requirements
  • Recommend and implement improvements and enhancements to the Stream‑Flo Group’s SAP system based on identified business requirements
  • Analyze, define, and document business system requirements including interfaces between SD and CS, other SAP modules, and non-SAP systems, and provide direction and guidance on integration points
  • Evaluate requests for new SAP functionality, conducting discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, including functional and technical requirements, information needs and business processes
  • Identify and recommend cost-effective ways to streamline business processes and to eliminate redundant or outdated procedures and processes
  • Assess, document, and communicate risk for projects, system and process changes involving SD/CS modules
  • Document functional requirements and specifications to guide development of all FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Workflow) for SD/CS modules
  • Facilitate consensus on system and process changes that impact multiple business areas
  • Lead the implementation of new SAP SD/CS functionality, including business process alignment, configuration and development of standard SAP solutions, testing and support
  • Design and develop test plans (test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing in order to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements
  • Assist with incident management, including triage of production defects and routing to appropriate internal or external support resources
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent
  • SAP certification
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, strong ability to think logically
  • 8+ years of SAP implementation and configuration experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in business planning and execution
  • 2+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA
  • Industry experience with SAP Industrial Machinery and Components
  • Deep experience with SAP best practices and implementation methodologies
  • Business Analyst and Project Management certifications are assets
  • ABAP/4 Query programming knowledge an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Project and Visio
  • Ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
