You will have the opportunity to lead the development of charters, establish schedules, support strategic and complex technology initiatives, develop a deep knowledge of our business and work with a team of exceptional resources to deliver exciting project outcomes. As a seasoned professional you will be able to support the maturity of the CPMO and be involved in initiatives that advance how we will manage projects for the organization.

What you need to succeed:

When we say “seasoned” we mean you’ve done it all - you have been accountable to lead and managed large, high investment projects in a formal project management environment;

You have led large scale initiatives in complex environments while managing change effectively and can demonstrate how you have measured your success in one or more organizations and you understand software development lifecycle management

A dynamic project partner and effective communicator with a high degree of emotional intelligence, you can establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders and adjust communication style to various audiences including senior leadership

You understand how to maximize resources, manage expectations, communicate difficult or complex concepts and work with others to “get the job done”

Experience as a project manager responsible for leading multiple parallel projects with/without IT components and preparing the business for the change.

Your leadership style is collaborative, you work with (not through) others to optimize skills, maximize resources, and masterfully manage the unexpected

You have experience predicting barriers and challenges and can establish effective contingency plans that ensure project’s deliverables are protected

You possess a university degree or equivalent program and have your PMP or are willing to obtain within the first year of employment.

Working knowledge of tools used in project management (such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Office Suite).

Working knowledge of Clarity would be an asset.
