This is an exciting opportunity for a Shift Manager to join cleo/Ricki's!
Shift Managers are responsible for creating an exceptional Brand experience in the store and are expected to maintaining all aspects of day to day operations of the store and people. The Shift Manager is responsible for generating results (self & others) through a collaborative partnership with the Management Team. You anticipate and meet the needs of the customer by providing a great customer experience through actions and behaviors. You foster the culture of teamwork through ownership and accountability; and engage self and others to meet and exceed goals. Shift Managers partner to develop brand ambassadors that deliver a customer experience that supports our philosophy.
Shift Managers are expected to perform a variety of tasks that includes service, product placement, visual execution, replenishment, and cash register functions. They are responsible for opening and/or closing the store ensures and ensures that proper store procedures and policies are adhered to. As a Shift Manager you are proficient with technology devices to support a great customer experience.
Your previous experience has allowed you to develop your problem-solving, effective communication and relationship building skills. You have the availability to meet the current needs of the business inclusive of high traffic and peak sales volume days.
