Ingram Micro is seeking a Sr. Global Product Marketing Manager, Cloud Marketplace motivated to make a difference in how we think, improve how we work and get things done. Your No. 1 job is to help grow the Cloud Marketplace business and represent the Reseller and Vendor voice within our company. You are a part storyteller with a passion for the cloud revolution, responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy and creating compelling messages about our groundbreaking Cloud Marketplace programs. You’ll also collaborate with the Sales team, helping them drive awareness, interest, and adoption of our Cloud Marketplace products and services, and you’ll help educate customers on the pathways to success in the digital economy. You must be a customer-first thinker, articulate in your written and verbal communication, and a resourceful self-starter ready to make an impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead team to create a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy to help Resellers and Vendors expand their business in the Cloud Marketplace
  • Develop the positioning and messaging framework for new and existing products and services based on customer problems and business needs
  • Develop Product Marketing programs to acquire, retain and develop customers:
  • Influence lead generation and opportunity conversion materials and tools
  • Deliver sales enablement tools and training to all relevant channels
  • Deliver incentive programs to drive uptake of services through partner customer base
  • Identify and create case studies, best practice and referrals program
  • Measure the effectiveness of all programs and continuously optimize GTM plans for future launches. Seek feedback and align objectives with key stakeholders
  • Be the content owner for all market facing activity related to the specific product or service. Work with Marketing Communications to execute program activity
  • Support the creation of thought leadership content to drive interest and awareness of Product team activities throughout the partner ecosystem

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, BS/BA preferred
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing in technology or Cloud company
  • 3+ years of SaaS/B2B software experience is a plus
  • Previous management experience required (min. of 2 years)
  • Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across diverse backgrounds
  • A passionate advocate for customer needs and opportunities
  • Continuously learning and adapting the approach to maximize results
  • Self-motivated and ability to set own direction
  • Inquisitive about the market and emerging trends
  • Listens to and acts on feedback from customers and internal stakeholders

Success Criteria:

  • Meet acquisition and retention targets for a specific product
  • Driving volume of services through multiple sales channels
  • Measuring ROI on Product Marketing programs delivered
