Alstom is seeking a System Deployment and Integration Manager (SDIM) to work on Rail Signaling projects. The individual should be familiar with Signaling Solutions including Distance-To-Go based Automatic Train Control (ATC) solutions, Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) and Integrated Control Center (ICC) solutions, Computer-Based Interlocking (CBI) solutions, and other traditional signaling components including Track Circuits, Switches, Signals, etc.
In addition, the individual should be well-versed in Project Engineering Management principles and qualities, such as Technical Leadership, Scope Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management, Configuration Control and Change Management, Planning and Scheduling, and System Deployment
For this level it is required at least 5 years of experience working on signaling projects in a technical position. The System Deployment and Integration Manager at this level is self-proficient on all project execution activities and is furthermore responsible for providing technical guidance to less experienced Project Team Members. The System Deployment and Integration Manager must be capable of executing one large, complex System project, or multiple smaller, Subsystem projects.
