The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, the Team Leader role is responsible for leading the Implementation of new clients by delivering a smooth, consistent, and highly dependable client installation process, resulting in a positive first-impression with new clients. In this role you will lead a team of diverse skilled employees to achieve corporate and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
As the ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications
Education: Post-secondary education in business or marketing; project management.
Work Experience: Three to five years of leadership in sales or operations management experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong coaching, communication and presentation skills.
Computer Skils: Strong computer skills, including an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Prior experience working with MS Project is considered an asset.
Language Skills: Bilingualism is considered an asset.
