We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Total Rewards Leader to focus on the total rewards strategy, design, programs and processes. The individual in this role will be an important member of the Human Resources leadership team. This position will lead the development and administration of a total rewards strategy for Medavie Blue Cross and Medavie Health Services. This position will manage all functions related to the design and implementation of this strategy, including compensation, pension and benefits. This role will be involved in integrated projects in support of the broader Human Resources function and must have proven ability to operate and view issues at a strategic level.
