Oracle Transportation Management Superuser
-Responsibilities include development request, validation, deployment and all related testing.
-Engaging business demands and requirements on an ongoing basis
-Ensuring regulatory changes are documented, communicated, and delivered on time.
-Support end user training in regards to all OTM functionalities and setup.
-Work as part of the NAM regional OTM support team to ensure all new functionality undergoes UAT testing, is documented and communicated to all users
-Support operational users all any technical issues
-Help users with process issues, i.e. liaise between finance when necessary to help determine root causes and present solutions
-Operational user training
- ACON Financial System Support – help users with managing Financial Sub Ledger in relation to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)files, advise on how to handle file posting from OTM if users have a unique scenario
-Write working instructions
-Liaise with other business units when necessary for shared projects and alignment
Client Integration Specialist
-Liaise with client (internal or external) to ensure client onboarding is smooth and efficient
-Work with other Service Delivery Team members to ensure that client onboarding is completed on time and efficiently, as per GCIM methodology for project planning
-Communicate project plan throughout all phases with all stakeholders
-Communicate all new processes or changes to processes with business field
-On-site process reviews on an annual basis
-Interface with business field quality department manager regarding documentation and process standards
Professional experience required
3-5 years experience handling Transporation Management Systems , preferably Oracle.
Good communication skills, detail oriented, very strong time and project management skills, resource utilization skills, ability to draft and finalize formal documentation, ability to work in a non-linear environment, ability to work with a team, ability to work with minimal supervision, problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of Transportation procedures, accounting processes and practices and required documentation to support the movement of goods. A minimum of 3 years experience in managing a Transportation Management System preferable with Oracle (OTM)
University level education or 5 year experience in the field.
Project management and MS analytics skills, must be adaptable to the most current application interfaces, adaptable to change.
