Vice President – Market Strategy & Understanding
As a Vice President, you are an industry leader able to provide advice and support on key client accounts relating to their growth and development. You have an in-depth understanding of custom research methodologies with research experience from design through analysis to final insights and recommendations. You have a keen eye on sales and business development. This is an excellent opportunity that will focus on expanding and growing existing and newly established accounts. We are looking for someone who is driven to continue career growth.
Business and Account Development: New account acquisition, nurturing of existing accounts, preparing proposals, building prospect contact lists, contacting/meeting prospects, preparing deliverables, delivering client presentations, translating client questions/issues into research needs, day-to-day management of accounts, and developing new ideas.
Client Management: Providing exceptional client service by developing and maintaining close consultative client relationships, negotiating and managing conflict. Providing methodological advice and strategic insight to clients as a key business partner. Delivering results that produce high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty by providing insights and actionable recommendations that positively affect our clients’ business
Project Management: Supported by your team, oversee research projects from beginning to end, including writing proposals, costing, managing project profitability, overseeing completion of Statements of Work and ensuring the successful delivery of end results to clients.
Research Skills: Design methodologies including higher analytics and passive or non-survey measurement, creating questionnaires guides, creating data analysis plans, writing story-led reports and delivering interesting and insightful client presentations.
Mentoring: Direct, lead and provide day to day guidance and coaching to account team members
Cross-Team Collaboration: Proactively work with internal cross-functional leaders and Client Organization to manage projects and solve problems. Actively participates on internal committees.
