We are in search of an exceptional and experienced marketing and sales leader to drive our revenue growth, enhance our brand, and support the delivery of unforgettable experiences at Flyover. The VP of Sales & Marketing will play a vital role on the Flyover leadership team, focusing on maximizing revenue generation across all attractions.
This position will oversee global marketing and sales strategies, fostering customer acquisition, retention, and overall business expansion. Reporting directly to Flyover's Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a robust background in marketing, sales and revenue management within the entertainment, tourism, or attractions sectors. This individual should excel at solving complex challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven organizational culture.
The salary range for this role is $165,000/yr - $185,000.00/year with a yearly short-term incentive of 25% the base salary.
