One of these unique opportunities is Canada’s Fixed Wing Search and Rescue (FWSAR) program. A proud partner of Airbus Defence & Space, PAL Aerospace is responsible for the FWSAR In-Service Support ranging from various levels of maintenance, modifications and special inspections.

This significant and exciting project will pave the way for innovation and opportunity within PAL Aerospace, while growing our operations. In an effort to expand our current team, PAL Aerospace is currently looking for Warehouse Operators for the FWSAR Central Warehouse located in Winnipeg, MB.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing data within the Logistics Management System (SAP SP1);
  • Maintaining Spreadsheets;
  • Shipping/receiving;
  • Issuing and receiving parts to and from DND Supply personnel;
  • Control of consumable consumption points;
  • Support to Tool Crib;
  • Warehouse stock management, including but not limited to, ensuring proper application of Min/Max stock levels;
  • Stock purchasing;
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • A minimum of 3 years’ Supply Chain/Warehouse experience,
  • A proven track record in working with diverse teams to meet timelines and deliverables based on program requirements;
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong decision making skills, with the ability to elevate an issue to a senior team member when necessary;
  • Strong IT skills and abilities to learn new software (ideally familiar with current ERP system);
  • Capable of successfully completing the SAP SP1 Course (to be provided);
  • Capable of successfully obtaining Level II – Secret clearance and ITAR / CCG clearance
