Endpoint Maintenance Engineer (SCCM & Windows OS)

Role: Endpoint Maintenance Engineer (SCCM & Windows OS) Location: Toronto(Hybrid) Exp: 8+yrs Description: We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Maintenance resource to perform analysis and troubleshooting of SCCM agents and Windows OS issues. The ideal candidate will drive automated resolution through scripting while also handling manual fixes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of endpoint infrastructure across the organization. Responsibilities: Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of SCCM agent issues and Windows OS-related problems Develop and implement automated resolutions using PowerShell scripting to reduce manual intervention Troubleshoot SCCM application installation failures and client-side issues Support and maintain Windows 11 OS environments, resolving compatibility and performance issues Identify recurring endpoint issues and build scripted/automated fixes to prevent future occurrences Perform manual remediation for issues not suited to automation Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve endpoint stability and reduce ticket volume Document troubleshooting steps, scripts, and resolutions for knowledge base and team reference Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 11 OS issues Strong expertise in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) — application installation, deployment, and client troubleshooting Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, with proven ability to automate repetitive IT processes Solid understanding of Windows OS internals and endpoint management practices Ability to work independently on complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions Technical Skills: Windows OS (Windows 11 preferred) SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) PowerShell Scripting Regards, Praveen Kumar R (Praveen) Talent Acquisition Group – Strategic Recruitment Manager [email protected]| Themesoft Inc
