How you create impact

Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor you will be accountable for continuously monitoring inventory accuracy, investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies, and leading physical inventory periodically.

• Investigate and identify the root cause of inventory variances
• Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts using material handlling equipment
• Direct customer interaction to resolve issues.
• Article / Location maintenance and set-up.
• Compile and submit month end reports to client as required
• Process claims and warehouse transfers
• Implement and monitor of countback process
• Maintain Over Short & Damage (OS&D) program
• Investigate and solve inventory discrepancies in WMS
• Identify High/Low risk discrepancies
• Investigate customer claims
• Manage physical inventory counts
• Client exit and deletion procedures

What we would like you to bring

• 3+ years of logistics experience in 3PL Contract Logistics environment;
• 3+ years of inventory experience;
• Forklift license (Cherry Picker)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• High level of attention to detail
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime when necessary
• Proven ability to investigate, analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies;
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Intermediate MS office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills – IF statements, macros, formulas, pivot tables and Vlookup, etc.)
• Understanding of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including how to prepare relevant data, contribute to performance analysis

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
