The responsibilities include:
- Placing the customer at the center of all actions.
- Offering personalized service by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products.
- Presenting promotions and various available services.
- Resolving customer service issues and requesting support if needed.
- Maintaining good collaborative relationships with other team members.
- Contributing to the store's visual presentation: cleanliness, organization, merchandising.
- Accurately processing transactions at the register (POS).
- Performing various stock management tasks: receiving goods, cycle counts, returns, transfers, etc., using a handheld device.
- Completing required documents or checks according to internal procedures.
- Adhering to company policies and contributing to a safe work environment.
- Following standard practices for money management and loss prevention.
- Performing other related tasks as required.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service (an asset).
- Ability to work various shifts in a busy operational environment, open 7 days a week, year-round.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities or unexpected situations.
- Good reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 40 lbs / 18 kg), stand for long periods, and work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: $16.50 per hour + bonus Hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Status: Permanent
