About the role
Altima Port Hope Dental Centrelocated inPort Hope, Ontariois looking for a passionate, hard-workingPatient Care Coordinatoron a Part-Timebasis. Can lead to Full-time. We are a warm and friendly team looking for like-minded individual. The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.
We are located in beautiful Port Hope Ontario, 30 minutes from Oshawa.

SCHEDULE:
- 23 Hours Weekly (flexible)
- Mon, Thurs and any other Workday . One Sat every month.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Dental office administrator / receptionist is required or a combination of diploma in administration plus1-2 years administrative experience.
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is necessary
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred (MS Excel and MS Outlook ) -Experience with Dentrix is necessary
- Engaging personality in making patients feel welcomed at our clinic
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset with great people skills
