About The Role As a labourer, you’ll work in a work environment where no two days are the same. Whether you’re digging trenches, operating heavy equipment, performing maintenance, or engaging with customers, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operations of our natural gas systems.

Labourers cover a range of responsibilities, your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Maintaining and repairing gas distribution systems to ensure safe operations.
• Assisting with the installation of new gas lines and infrastructure.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery safely and proficiently.
• Engaging with customers to resolve service issues.
• Responding to emergencies to ensure uninterrupted gas supply.
• Assemble, inspect, test, and maintain gas meters and related equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

What You’ll bring:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Alberta Class '5' Driver’s License with a clean driver abstract.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment testing, including background check and drug and alcohol screening.
• Experience in gasfitting, hydrovac, landscaping, general labor, trades, construction, mechanical, or field service work would be an asset.
• Physical stamina for working outdoors in all weather conditions.
