With us, you’ll get the opportunity to...

• Inspect the premises and check equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met and that all systems function properly

• Adjust and maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems

• Carry out minor repairs and, if necessary, call in subcontractors and oversee their work

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as painting, plumbing and woodwork, and meet work schedules

• Ensure corporate vehicles are maintained

Summary of certifications and job requirements

• Relevant experience in building maintenance
• Valid driver’s licence
• Minimal knowledge of MS Office Suite applications
• Available to travel to and from our offices in the Greater Montréal area
• Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
• Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
• Asset: experience in maintenance work or building mechanics
