Tasks
- Perform temperature checks for all reefer-controlled units.
- Process system OS&Ds and skid counts for dock staff.
- Support warehouse supervisors with staff scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Prepare shipping and receiving documentation.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with the appropriate paperwork.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Truckmate software (an asset).
- Access to a vehicle.
