What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead a team of investigators;
- Establish and maintain investigation approaches, methods, and tools;
- Ensure updates to investigation methods and report writing in line with the latest legislative changes related to workplace harassment and violence;
- Collaborate with the Vice President in developing the strategic plan for the workplace investigation team;
- Handle complaints with diligence, fairness, and objectivity;
- Determine intervention strategies and conduct investigations of all scopes, meet with witnesses, complainants, and respondents, and analyze documentation that may sometimes be complex;
- Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries and present findings to committees and individuals involved in the case;
- Understand complex issues in varied environments and quickly grasp workplace-related challenges;
- Deliver training on various topics related to workplace issues and be able to simplify and clearly explain the subjects covered.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in labor relations, labor law, or a related field;
- You have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a similar role combined with five (5) years of experience in a managerial position;
- You have knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations;
- You have knowledge and experience in writing investigation reports;
- You have knowledge and experience related to workplace harassment and violence;
- You have experience in data analysis, root cause analysis, and forensic auditing would be an asset;
- You have training in investigation techniques;
- You have training related to workplace harassment and violence;
- You are Full bilingual proficiency (French and English).
