Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Care & Order Specialist to support daily operations at our Concord office. This role is central to customer communication, order processing, and coordination between internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently • Provide professional customer support via phone and email • Answer all incoming calls and direct inquiries as needed • Enter and track customer service order requests • Schedule deliveries for access fobs and card orders • Maintain accurate data entry, records, and spreadsheets • Update site visit tracking spreadsheets • Set up and manage new project files • Dispatch service calls and support daily office operations • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution • Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication • Assist with customer issue resolution using empathy and problem-solving skills
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in customer service, order desk, or administrative support preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills • Professional phone etiquette and customer-first approach • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in security, fire alarm, or construction-related industries is an asset
