About the role

Tasks
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care.
- Assist in assessing patient health status and contribute to developing and monitoring individualized care plans.
- Deliver healthcare and wellness support, administer treatments and medications to maintain or restore health, and prevent complications.
- Support and educate patients and their families to promote autonomy and overall well-being.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements
- Diploma in Health, Assistance, and Nursing Care (DEP) from a recognized institution.
- Member in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ).
- Relevant experience in hospital settings, long-term care, or senior care facilities.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including every other weekend.
