The bigger picture
We’re looking for two reliable and technically proficient individuals with a strategic mindset to join our Member Contact Centre (call centre) in Lloydminster as a Member Contact Centre Representative 1 . This opportunity is available on a permanent basis as well as temporary for up to 8-months. As a first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing excellent member service by handling various financial inquiries and requests over the phone. Through conversations and ongoing support, you will uncover and understand member needs in order to fulfil them in a single personalized experience.
Our Member Contact Centre is currently open 6 days a week including some statutory holidays.
How you’ll be spending your time
- Taking incoming calls from members, building solid relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner, who proactively uncovers and identifies member needs through meaningful conversation
- Providing online banking support and troubleshooting to members
- Assisting members with their everyday account related activities and providing financial services advice and solutions to meet their needs
- Helping to educate our members on the value of our products and services by providing the most up-to-date and relevant financial information available
- Proactively reach out to members through outbound calling to optimize their experience
- Growing and adapting your skills and knowledge in order to consistently perform with confidence

The experience you bring
- Experience working in the financial industry is considered an asset
- 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced customer service role
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to think critically to grasp and troubleshoot various technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a call centre environment is considered an asset
Salary Range:
$45,820 - $57,275 with 5% Short Term Incentive Target
