The bigger picture We’re looking for a Small Business Advisor, Agriculture in Assiniboia. We are looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions. You will be providing needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture small business members.

• Providing holistic financial advice to our agriculture small business members
• Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
• Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community

The Experience You Bring

• 3+ years of previous credit and advisory experience in a financial institution
• Proven relationship management skills
• Experience in business or agricultural lending
• Post-secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset
• Experience int he agriculture industry or running a small business is an asset

Salary Range $74,510 - $93,140 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
