Tasks

• Greet and assist travelers at the information desk.
• Answer incoming calls and provide courteous, efficient phone support.
• Identify travelers’ specific needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide information about flights, airport services, and transportation options.
• Handle special situations with calm and professionalism.
• Promote the range of services available at the airport.
• Use computer tools and available resources efficiently.
• Help create a “WOW” customer experience at every interaction.
• Perform any other related customer service tasks.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or front-desk environment.
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
• Perfectly bilingual (French and English) to interact effectively with an international clientele.
• Available to work shifts between 4 a.m. and 11 p.m.
