Title: Site Supervisor (Project Foreman)
Work Location: Whitehorse, YT - multiple project sites throughout the Territories
Reports to: General Manager
Department: N60 Remediation Services (YT)

We're looking for a Site Supervisor (Project Foreman) to support our growing operations in Whitehorse, YT. In this role, you'll lead field crews, coordinate daily work, and help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures. Support project delivery by monitoring productivity, quality, and documentation. Communicate effectively with project management and field teams. Mentor crew members and adapt to changing site conditions.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in civil construction, earthworks, environmental, mining, or related field operations. Previous leadership experience as a Lead Hand, Foreman, or Supervisor is an asset. Experience operating heavy equipment and working in remote or northern environments is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's licence and willingness to obtain required safety certifications.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Role
This role may require a combination of office-based, remote, and on-site work depending on business needs. Employees should be prepared for:
Extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, bending, and operating equipment. Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, and uneven terrain. Work around heavy equipment, active construction sites, noise, dust, and other industrial hazards. Travel to remote project sites and the ability to work in camp environments when required. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.
