Tasks

• Overseeing equipment and transportation activities in compliance with Law 430.
• Resolving issues across the company’s various departments.
• Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
• Managing timesheets, vacations, leave, KPIs, etc.
• Maintaining strong relationships with current clients and developing new customer partnerships.
• Coordinating daily operations to ensure maximum transportation efficiency across all terminals.
• Evaluating and reducing transportation costs.
• Performing any other related duties.

Job requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a terminal manager.
• Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Bilingualism: intermediate English required to communicate effectively with bilingual clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office (an asset).
