Tasks
- Supervise and review certification engagements in compliance with professional standards.
- Manage large-scale mandates, guiding clients in their operational and financial decisions.
- Mentor and develop team members to support their growth and career progression.
- Ensure the quality of engagements while respecting budgets and established deadlines.
- Plan and prioritize assignments to optimize team efficiency and performance.
- Work closely with partners to define and implement the firm’s strategic vision.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and engagement management practices.
- Stay up to date on accounting and auditing standards to ensure compliance and excellence in all assignments.

Job requirements
- CPA designation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Proficiency with CaseWare, CaseView, and Taxprep T1/T2.
- Strong, motivating leadership skills.
