We are looking for a dynamic IT Technician to join our team of skilled techs in Vaughan, Ontario. You will be responsible for assisting all employees of the Master group with their computer issues, both hardware and software wise.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Receives, configures, tests and installs equipment and devices;
- Installs and configures software on workstations in accordance with established standards
- Repairs and maintains computer systems and peripherals;
- Maintain inventory of supplies, consumables and computer equipment;
- Perform cabling tasks as required;
- Participate in multiple projects within the department;
- Analyze and evaluate the needs of our branches in terms of workstations;
What You Bring to Our Team:
- 2-year post-graduate degree in computer science or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years' experience in IT support, preferably in a service desk, help desk or office environment dealing with hardware and software issues;
- Microsoft certification (an asset);
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, 2010-2013-2016;
- Familiarity with IP networks (equipment and services);
- Experience in HP printer repair and maintenance;
