Westerner Park is seeking a friendly and reliableRV Resort Attendant(Canada Summer Jobs) to join our Park & Facility team. This temporary, full-time role provides front-line support to RV guests, ensuring their stay is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.
As part of the Facilities & Park Operations team, the RV Resort Attendant helps maintain a welcoming atmosphere, supports day-to-day guest services, and contributes to the overall upkeep and functionality of the RV Resort grounds.
###Position Overview
Reporting to theGeneral Manager, Facilities & Park Operations, the RV Resort Attendant is responsible for supporting all aspects of guest services and resort operations. This role requires strong customer service skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform light physical tasks in an outdoor environment.
###Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Guest Services & Customer Experience
- Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, professional customer service.
- Support front-line operations, including check-ins, checkouts, and processing payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist with guest needs, such as delivering supplies (e.g., firewood).
2. Site Maintenance & Safety
- Conduct routine site checks to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of campsites, restrooms, and shared spaces.
- Support safety and resort standards to ensure a welcoming and secure environment for all guests.
3. Team Collaboration & Flexibility
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest experiences.
- Adapt to changing priorities, events, and seasonal demands.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support resort operations.

- Positive guest experiences through attentive service and professional conduct.
- Clean, safe, and organized RV resort grounds.
- Smooth front-line operations, including check-ins, checkouts, and guest support.
- Timely response to guest inquiries and needs.
###What You’ll Bring
- Currently enrolled in high school or post-secondary education, or a recent graduate.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
- Basic knowledge of outdoor recreation or campground settings is an advantage.
- Comfortable interacting with the public in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting, walking, and cleaning.
- Willingness and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Eligibility for the Canada Summer Jobs Program.
